Further, we agree that RIA may use the information on page one of this application under the PRIVACY ACT 1993 to further the aims of the Association, to obtain statistical information for merchants, to supply this information to the Association’s Sponsors, to supply this information to merchants when negotiating benefits for members and for direct mail and promotional purposes by the Association, it's Sponsors and merchants.
